Nicht-Starter
The Nicht-Starter window is only shown when there are Nicht-Starter in the loaded market. When the window is rolled up the header displays the number of Nicht-Starter.

When expanded the window displays the name of each withdrawn selection, the Reduction Factor for that selection and the time it was withdrawn. By right clicking on the header it brings up the various options for this window.
